For years, I’ve reminded my clients (and myself) that REPETITION is a necessary part of our learning process. Sometimes we have to hear something again and again before we “get” it. Not because we’re stupid, but because that’s how we learn.
Each time we hear it, we have the opportunity to see and understand something we didn’t see before. Sometimes, the same story resonates in a new way because we’re in a different place in our lives.
The power of a story is that it can speak to us in countless of ways – revealing truths to us that we’re not seeing. Or reminding us of truths that we’ve forgotten.
Such is the case with the story I shared in this week’s YouTube video. I often tell my clients that it’s the “Cliff Notes” version of my autobiography. Many of my clients feel the same way.
This past week, this story offered me more gifts, Truths about myself, for sure. It also reminded my work is – ultimately – all about. And the difference it makes in my client’s lives.
Every time I share this story, light bulbs go off for people. I’m willing to bet the same will be true for you. Doubly so if all of your efforts to achieve the abundance you long for aren’t working QUITE the way you hoped.
